For the early 2000 vehicles, these Micro ISO 4 pin relays is widely used in A/C clutch application among Toyota, Honda, Acura, Hyundai, Kia. These A/C relays in general will fail, the same configuration, Kia's relay is rare and very expensive, Korean relay is 40% taller and less reliable, so why not use the Japanese relay (Honda, Toyota) in stead of Korean, my A/C works now, I plan to swap 4 relays eventually.
