Sennheiser brand : no way to get wrong !
I have several headsets, and this one is on top : comfortable, well built, swivel mount mic, HIFI sound, Voice Clarity, well integrated with softphones.MS Teams compliant. The firmware knows when in a call or listening to music, automatically switching the right sound equalizer template. Noise cancelling mic tested with very loud background noise and works fine. Very useful magnetic plate to hold the controller on desktop. Cable length enough to keep you free when in a call Sennheiser sound reliability and quality. EPOS connect upgrades firmware and installs the correct drives . Highly recommended .
