I enjoy using it!
It's very easy to use. It has everything you could need, like the easy scrubber. It gets into corners very well. I also like that fact that you don't have to continually buy disposable cleaning pads or a specific cleaning solution. (That can get pricey) I use some white vinegar in water and my floors come out spotless. Maybe I'm a little OCD, but I wash out the pads each time I clean the floors and they're ready to go for the next time. Super easy to store, too!

Best steamer ever
This has so many good features. I can wash the mop heads and get replacements. It honestly is ready is 30 seconds. Does a fantastic job with cleaning. The best part for me are the fragrance disc. They make the whole house smell clean. It was one of my pet peeves with other steams, it looked clean, felt clean, but never smelled clean. This does!! Bought one for my Mom and she loves it also.

No more sticky floors
Seems to work well on all hard surfaces without leaving a residue like with mopping. In fact it will remove the residue from mopping. I have bought 14 of them since May for weekly cleanings in rentals and so far all are still in service. The bolt that holds the handle together is taped to the handle upon arrival. Be sure to use it, don't lose it.

Why did I wait so long?
My off white tile floor had dirt build up from years of improper cleaning. The difference was amazing using this steam cleaner. Fast and easy. Fill the water tank and put on a clean mop head and you're set. Beats the h**k out of pushing dirty water around with a sponge.

Great - works well and is really inexpensive. Very quiet - soundless actually.
I had my doubts as to whether I would find it useful, but it's pretty cheap so I thought I would give it a try. Surprise! It is easy to use, and works well on my hardwood floors using the lowest steam setting and if I use it at the highest steam setting, it gets the grout clean on my bathroom tile floors. I don't even bother with the scent discs as I prefer the smell of clean. Bought additional pads so that I can change them as needed while doing big jobs.
