worked perfectly. On my Mac and on my Chromebook Pixel
great cable good quality connects my HP 24" Monitor (which only had the regular DisplayPort, DVI and VGA) to my Chromebook Pixel and Macbook Pro which had the mini display port (check your devices) Now I have a beautiful port and no adapters or other cables to get in the way. It's great quality, I often connect and disconnect it without a problem. Well built and doesn't seem to mind me connecting and disconnecting it about 4-5 times a week. I recommend it!
