    Great commercial opener for the price

    Replaced a heavy duty Liftmaster opener that had phantom opening problems with this unit. Works on 315 MHz instead of 390 and is supposedly more immune to interference. Rated at 12 cycles (one opening/closing is a cycle) per hour so will definitely suffice for my needs at a privately owned warehouse. Well built, fairly easy to install. Easily lifts my 12’ X 14’ door.
