    you do not buy it.

    A problem occurred during the product setting, and the 60-second initialization was performed. However, the account of the previous user is caught and is no longer available. I had to send the repair to the customer center. This is the worst product of the year. I hope you do not buy it.

    Warning: The MyCloud Home is not like a MyCloud EX NAS!

    This device does not have the same features as a true NAS product such as MyCloud EX2 Ultra. If all you desire is a storage medium accessible by iPhone or iPad, then this works fine. Easy setup, quiet and fast. If you need a medium (video, data, photos etc.) storage device accessible to a smart TV big screen or Amazon Firestick you need a true NAS. I was unaware of this important feature (or actually lacking feature) and was stuck with a useless for me product. I suggest WD redo their advertising with warnings and not lump it together with their "real" NAS device (which by the way work great). Seems I am not alone in my dissatisfaction.

    Simple, easy to use

    Set it up as an automatic backup for certain files, your phone photos, and have easy access from your desk, too. Normally fast, it can slow to a crawl on the cell network in some locations.

    Nifty little cloud server

    Works great and its fast for uploading and downloading files. One downside is that you can't access your files with an NAS connection and from the web.
