The ball makes exercising fun! Some of the exercises are rather difficult at first when youve got extra poundage. I discovered that when i used Suzanne's 'Yoga for Weightloss' video that, in time the exercises became do-able and the others that i hadnt mastered became my new goals. Suzanne emphasizes exercising with respect for its limitations and by adopting this approach ive seen so much improvement! I think shes a great instructor and music is nice and not the least bit annoying as it is with some dvds.
