Flexi makes the best retractable leashes
And this one is no exception. We had the older model of this for many years before it needed to be replaced. The long length of the tape, large opening for your (gloved) hand, easy stopping of the leash, and powerful retracting mechanism all make this the best quality leash of its type on the market. Made in Germany, where they do seem to care about quality! We use this for our medium sized hound/terrier. Best leash ever
We have a big galoof of a dog. He likes to run back and forth before finding his perfect spot to do his business. He's broken at least six leashes before. This leash, however, is very sturdy. The tape is very strong and won't fray or snap. The handle fits very comfortably in my hand and the lock feature is easy to slide forward when I need to keep the lead short. Excellent heavy duty leash, at least for me, these have held up super well.
These are really excellent! I've worn out 3 of these due to long time heavy use with big dogs and lots of walks, pulling through brush and other obstacles. I'm amazed at how well they've held up. Heavy duty high quality leash. Adjustable grip for smaller hands. Auxiliary collar in case yours fails. Made in Germany. Main drawback is this thing is heavy. I walk a very energetic 60lb poodle so weight is not that noticeable. For smaller or lower energy dog the next smaller model would be better choice. 25’ length nice as dog can get ahead, sniff, mark, do dog stuff, as you maintain constant walking cadence.

I know a lot of people warn against these type leads, But I have used these for years with very little problem. sure if you give a wild dog enough lead they can wrap you up, but that's a human fault of not watching your dog. Great Leash For Pullers
We bought a Kong Retractable Leash for Our Wolf Hybred a year ago and it broke from her pulling. It wasn't the correct pounds for holding our dog, we had to find out later.
