Great Price for an HP z640 Workstation Cooler.
Great Price for an HP z640 Workstation Cooler. Arrived packaged well, clean. Use to upgrade cooling in a HP z620 workstation with 1st generation board. The difference between the z620 cooler and the z640 work station is where the heat pipes are located. z620 are on top of the cooling block and the z640 they are integrated into the block. It has been found for the z620 cooling block warps overtime and reduces the function in which it was design for while the z620 dose not.
