Perfect Thumb Drive For My Basic Needs
I've bought 3 of these thus far. I use one on my iView TV tuner to store recorded TV programs, one for vital data backup on my PC and one for routine file transfers between computers. All serve my needs perfectly. Data transfer isn't the fastest possible, but I seldom transfer very large files. I would not risk using anything but a top brand like SanDisk for this sort use. Great USB 2.0 flash drive.
My only complaint is the 128GB Cruzer Blade comes formatted to fat32 from factory. So if you have large files like I did, you will have to reformat to ntfs or other. USB 2.0 but speed is very decent. If it is cheap, it is a knock off.
The drive loses it’s formatting at random time and at other times becomes read only and won’t copy files to the drive. Have had to format it 5 times so far. Going to trash the drive and buy a different one.
