Love the product, but not the one I received.
This particular unit I received left me disheartened. The accessories worked fine, not dents, no scratches, physically, the model was great. However, I made the decision to return it the day after I received it. During the setup, it was super warm to the touch and the fans were blazing. It was on a flat, non-cloth surface in a cool room and there was no software being installed just the default procedure of timezone and privacy setting when starting the computer for the first time. For the first hour when I was doing nothing but checking emails and installing my browsers (with maybe 3-4 tabs open) the computer continued to run hot so I looked up suggestions from the HP site about what to do, I ran BIOS, the first cool down program was not compatible with the laptop but there was another program which essentially just let the fans run at max to dispel the heat and even at some point when I wanted to watch videos, the display would pause. I understand the processors is a 2-year old i7 but freezing for YT videos while basically right next to the router was a bit ridiculous to have in the first 24 hours. I hated that I had to ask for the return but it wasn’t the quality I was expecting. I’ll just save a little bit more for a new laptop, probably with another brand but at far as design and features, I love the HP Spectre x360 13-inch.Read full review

Perfect computer
I’m currently a nursing student and this computer is going to work flawlessly for hyflex classes this fall. Has a tablet split screen which will allow me to jot down notes while watching my lecture. Fingerprint log in allows for me and only me to log in to my account. This computer is also equipped with enough space to download all of my work/powerpoints. Last photo fingerprint marks are from me messing around on it. I would highly recommend this computer for college students with online, in person, or hyflex classes!

Almost perfect
The only complaint is the fan is a little loud and kicks on under light loads. I got mine used so that may be the reason. Everything else about the laptop I really like.
