It's a Simple Useful Product
I have used several of these over the years and my first one was given to me by my teenage daughter who loved it. I've always thought it was severely overpriced for what you get, but I guess you are mostly paying for the unique idea rather than the actual cost of manufacturing, distributing and marketing the product. In that respect it's worth the price. They usually last a long time before breaking. Good way to support the phone.
Out of the gates....it was the best. I wondered how I had ever lived without it. Glad I had bought 2. Then 2 months in it came off for the 1st time. I was able to get it back on but w/in a couple of weeks it failed again and I gave up.. I am very careful with my phone. There was no HARD LIFE ON THE SOCKET. It just has a short wear life. Honestly.....too small
I was disappointed with the size. I purchased a rocket some years ago and it pops out a lot further allowing more room and comfort for my larger fingers. This is the best holder that I've used. This is the second Pop Socket purchase. The first broke after a year or so. I hope this one holds up longer, but even at a year, it lasted a good bit longer than the metal ring that I used previously. The Pop Socket looks good too. You have so many design options to choose from. But it's great for propping the phone to watch videos hands free and it's great for carrying your phone when your hands are full.
