Quality Japanese Blades
This is for the Japanese blades for the DLC-870 set. They are heavier and tend to keep an edge longer than the Chinese blades. I have a set that is over 25 yrs old and still going strong. Hand wash only and dry immediately. The original set includes 3 julienne blades (2X2, 3x3, 6x6), 4 slicers (1mm, 2mm, 3mm, and 6 mm) and the fine SHREDDER. Only three blades not included are the 4 mm slicer, medium shredder and the fine GRATER.
