The 10th Gen i3 CPU is screamer (for Chromebooks) most often found on pricier products. Plugging in power from either side, fingerprint reader, ample ample RAM (8GB) are the biggest other advantages over budget Chromebooks. I dislike the high-gloss screen, but that was the compromise I made when purchased on sale. As a "convertible", it functions very well (i.e., the keyboard is automatically disabled, the on-screen keyboard pops up if needed, and the screen rotates perfectly). However, as a convertible, I only use it in "tent" mode since completely folding the Chromebook exposes its keyboard now exposed on the back to potential harm.

Back-lit well working keyboard. Great touch screen. I sort of wish it had maybe double the storage for the price range but you don't need much storage on a Chromebook anyways.
