I have to be the first to admit i made a premature call. the controller that was sent to me had a defective joystick I sent the company arsenalgaming an email they said they were going to send a replacement. I waited two week no controller so I first gave them only two stars and wrote an unfaverable review only to find out that they were waiting for a response from an email they had sent me. If had taken the time to check my email I would not have stuck my foot in my mouth. well it all turned out good they not only sent a replacement controller but also sent a nice little extra for my granddaughter for whom the controller was for Thanks Guys that was very kind of you.
