The design of this controller is nice. It's very comfortable in the hands, and having the battery compartment in the handles frees up space in the middle, unlike the Wavebird, which can feel rather cramped. The handles are longer and farther apart than the Wavebird, but the button and stick layout is the same. Analog stick sensitivity is great with this controller, and there are no noticeable dead zones. The analog triggers work fine, but have a bit of an uneven pressing action. The battery covers for the handles are a bit hard to snap into place, but oncw they're locked in, they don't rattle at all. The controller is nice and light also. Very pleased with this. The only other quality third party Wavebird alternative would be the Pelican G3.

Simply put I think its better than the official wave birds. This doesn't happen often. Most 3rd party controllers are crap but this is aces. The batters in the sides instead of a huge hump on the back makes the control feel pretty solid in your hand and puts the weight equally distributed on the sides instead of the middle of the back. The battery life is exceptionally long and get plenty of hours. For the price of 1 wave bird you can get 2 or 3 of these guys instead.

Constantly disconnects batteries are loose in the terminals the design of putting one battery in each handle is atrocious
