Solid upgrade!
This 8GB upgrade went into a Dell XPS 420 desktop system from 2008. Previously, the desktop had 4GB and performed well, but for the price, it was well worth it to upgrade to the maximum allowed memory. I had also replaced the 500GB hard drive with a 1TB and replaced the stock video card with an nVidia.I was able to install Windows 10 with ease. Dell 2 Gb memory chips
These chips were purchased specifically to upgrade my Dell computer from Vista to Windows 7.
