this is a good product to use when connectors that use XLR need to be connected to RCA audio connectors. The connection seems to be solid though sometimes it moves making me worried it might come loose but the connectors have so far never come loose on their own. These 3-Pin XLR connectors make connection between my devices so simple. Audio noisy on 1 of 2
These adapters might have solved a problem if one hadn't been a bit noisy. You'll see on the photo the XLR shield is connected to the RCA connector shield via a clamping screw. I reefed on the screw to firm up the connection, but I think I am going to try to flow a little solder in there for a more reliable and conductive connection. The shell is very sturdy, but the product needs improvement.
