For me best product
It took larger doses than recommended on the product and also took longer than 1 week. Actually it took 5 weeks, based on a dosage of 3 a day for two weeks , than 2 a day for 2 weeks and 1 a day. Recommended dosage by a herblist. And I am totally feeling unbelievable. I have been in total discomfort in my knees and in fact , 6 months ago got a shot in one knee and didn`t help also, my back had been aching me. I can honestly say that I am doing great. every situation is different and what works for one person , may not work for another. For me , according to the dosage recommendations on the bottle of this product, it didn`t work for me. The herblist helped me with suggested dosages and it definitely fixed me. I've been using this product for a few months now. If i miss a dose, I'm back in pain. I'm taking for lower back disc pain; it was diagnosed as degenerative disc disease. This works for me
This is a little pricey, but it works for me. I've tried all different kinds of glucosamine/chondroitin and other joint supplements. They didn't work for me by themselves. But if I take this + the CherryFlex supplement, my knee doesn't swell nor hurt. So it's worth.
