Looks cool... That's the extent of the pros...
Took a chance on buying this and I'm not happy at all... They make it appear that this microphone is made of metal... If not it's made a black plastic... the range of you is horrible... In order for it to pick up your voice you practically have to press the microphone to your mouth while talking... Totally defeats the point of a microphone... Do not buy this unless you want to waste your money on a product that doesn't work well.. also probably a good idea to steer clear from ANYTHING made by Pyle audio... This is a wonderful microphone with a great sound and appearance.
This microphone is actually designed for music and hi bandwidth audio, but also works well in communications applications. Has a common output termination and more than sufficient output to drive common mic pre-amp circuits. Also really fun to use and looks good on the desk. It fit well on all my various microphone stands, just had to wire it to the various connectors that my radios use. It requires an external PTT switch. No need to connect the bias voltage or just use a coupling capacitor since this is a dynamic mic rather than electret used now in a lot of communications micsVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Looks good, feels kinda cheap
