This scissor jack has all the features I have been looking for: Rugged steel construction; Compact size for easy storage; Extra wide/oversized base for added stability; Lift capacity 3,000 pounds; A range from 4 to 15 inches; The precision threaded shaft is easy to turn. I also like the clear and precise instructions in the owner's manual which are included with the jack.. What I do not like is the warning on the package and manual which reads: This product and its packaging contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
