Support is non-existent since this product was discontinued and it's almost as if Razer prefers to pretend this product was never made. Software is terrible and so are drivers. My PC shows I have 3 cameras because, well thats how windows recognizes it's components. This camera will not do 60fps as promised but the quality is so good that you can forgive them for lying. Perhaps if they actually updated their software it would have the capability. Btw it does do Windows hello but a pain to set up.
This product has great potential but it needs software. Razr utilizes RealSense technology from Intel but has not done anything of interest with 'background removal' or infrared detection. It's an Xbox cam without the Xbox.
