Could be great with a few changes
Good value watch that has one function that elevates it above the rest, indiglo. In most cases casio beats timex in the value category except for their luminance. The only nit I'd pick would be the second hand accuracy hitting the markers, which is quite poor. As for style, it's a bit small for an average size wrist as currently large watches are "in". I'm more interested in function and for legibility day and night this inexpensive little timex is hard to beat. Casio is attractive as a value watch because the battery is easily changeable and this is another area timex could improve.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Classically Stylish
I could not have purchased this watch at better bargain. For as little as 16 dollars new, without tags, and with free shipping, and only an additional 5.00 for an extended 5 yr warranty, is, with all considered, impossible for me to conceive how I could go wrong. Good genuine leather strap, instead of the artificial grime of synthetic polycrapothane rubber, strong indiglo light, and with numerals, and a chrome color lining, that is classically stylish. Good until it isn't
I am on my 4th Timex Indiglo watch. They seem to last about 2 years before they start randomly losing time. It is not a problem with the battery and my local jeweler tells me there is nothing he can do for these watches. That said, I still like the watch as the light allows me to see the time in the dark. I also like the bold black numbers and black hands which makes it easy to read the time without my glasses Plus the indiglo (and that is the best product name ever) light is bright enough to use as a flashlight for close-up issues. You know, like keys in a lock in the dark...At the price of these watches I am willing to buy them every couple years. I also do not worry about wearing them to work and scratching them or splattering them with paint or cement. All in all it is a good watch until it isn't.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Can't beat a Timex
Timex has always been a good, reliable, and affordable watch. This model is a plain, easy to read watch. The white face with indiglo back light makes it real easy to read in the dark. Love this style of watch. Plain, with no date function does it for me. I have had 6 of these over the years. Hard to beat the simple, readability. I favor the black on white dial with a silver tone case. Keeps ticking of you can adjust it
the stem is very hard to pull out to adjust the time. I have tried to contact Timex to get this resolved but they want to charge me $8 to send the watch back. They have terrible customer service. Good watch, bad engineering on the stem. I had the same watch years ago and it was fine. They have changed the size of the stem and made it harder to pull out.
