These are as advertised. Mine came with 18 spikes and 2 pin type insert/removal tool ( it is hard to put a lot of twisting force on it ) and a cleat ripper tool ( very good tool for removing cleats ) in the kit package. Mine also came with a cleat wrench that is a ball style handle that takes either the 2 pin style bit or the ripper style bit. You can put more force on the ball style handle with the 2 pin bit in it than you can on the tool that comes in the kit. These are all quality items.

The hardest part of changing my spikes, was getting the old ones out. The new spikes went in very easily.
