The best 9 bucks I ever spent!
I have used this product for years and it WORKS. I used to see an ENT at least once a year for an ear infection because water could not drain from my right ear because of ear wax build-up. Anyway, I bought one about 6 years ago and used it periodically, anytime I felt the need to, and haven't been back since. I use a Kleenex to clean off the Ototek Loop. Be careful when doing so as the loop and shaft holding it can be broken off. Do not 'twist' (that's how I recently broke my original) at all, just gently pull from the depth ring down to the loop and you will get the worst of it off.
