Works great using the original instructions
The instructions that come with the remote does not apply to every system this remote replaces. I bought this one to replace a remote for a Python 900 system. I used the instructions from my original alarm paperwork (per another review I had read) and had no issues. The only difference is what channel to program, the instructions that came with the remote say use channel 7, with the Python 900, the correct channel to program is channel 1. It programmed the first try and works great!
