Battery really, really works! Give it a try!
We did not really believe that a new battery would work. The vacuum has been great and does a really good job - we were so upset when it would not work. Went through Dyson to see if there was a part or anything that we could do - and they gave us a quick way to check the battery. Did not work so the only thing we could do was throw it away. This was a great product at a reasonable price. Shipping was very prompt. The battery was easy to install and fit just like the original. This is a 5.0 Amp Hour rating as opposed to the original battery with a 3.0 Amp Hour rating. A better battery at a fraction of the price
I have a 3 year-old V6 Motorhead and the OEM battery was showing its age. The replacement I bought on eBay is literally 1/5th the price of a Dyson OEM replacement and has more power to boot. Lasts longer, Is more powerfull, easy to replace.
It fit perfect, It has more power than the original. It last's much longer than the original did when I got it. It's very affordable. Do it your self with a small phillips screwdriver. The whole tank pulls out when you hold down the lid release thing. just wiggle it slightly down. Get a can of compressed air and blow the whole thing out the fabrezz it. I bought this to replace a poorly functioning OE Dyson battery and so far it has worked perfectly. I had purchased a replacement battery from a different source and it died after a few months making me go back to the OE battery, This new one works very well and has better life than the OE did.
