Great Easy to Install SSD enclosure
I wanted an enclosure that would work with a Samsung 990 Pro NVMe M.2 SSD and be fast. This enclosure works with both Thunderbolt and USB-C at 40Gbps. I also like it because it includes a Thunderbolt USB-C 4 cable. It is very easy to install the SSD with no tools. It is a tool less design. It takes a little force to open the access door so it won't come open when you don't want it to. It includes 2 rubber plugs as a replacement for screws. Just push the rubber plug into the hole to hold the SSD down. It also includes 2 silicone heat transfer shields. Only one is needed for installation, but 2 are included so you have an extra if you change SSD's later. The silicone heat transfer material has 2 protective covers. I find that the sticky side is difficult to remove, the other side comes off too easily and I have to pry off the protective cover. I usually pull off a little on the corners to get it to release. This is the fault of the silicone product not the Acasis enclosure. It's no problem, but a little frustration. The Acasis enclosure is metal and well made. I purchased one before and both work great and I'm happy with my purchase
