Great machine rinky dink occasional remote
I am giving the machine and it's abilities five stars because it is quiet and it is effective and it's doing exactly what I asked you to do. The one failure is that the remote control is so incredibly rinky dink that I've had to take it apart five times in order to get it to work only sometimes. I'm not sure if I'm not going to have to buy a new remote or something because the genie people have made it clear that they're not interested in talking about this remote. I will figure out the problem I suppose but the machine is wonderful but the remote is garbage.
