I'm writing to correct the fiction that I am now a happy user of the Kodak A-270 72-in-1 Card Reader. The seller sent the 271 and evidently thought it wasn't worthwhile to mend matters, since the price was just $3.99. After all, why make a federal case out of $3.99? Well, they don't have to offer it for that price, and if they do, the same obligations apply to this product as a more expensive one. All I asked was that the seller provide a mailing label so I could ship the product back to them, which they refused to do. Plainly, it's worth so little to them that they don't even want it back. I tried to make it easy for everyone and keep the item sent, but it didn't work with my equipment, so there was no solution but an exchange or a refund, but I got nothing except complete silence from the seller. EBay had to step in and refund my money. This seller came highly reviewed, but they didn't deserve it in my case. I took my business elsewhere.
