I’ve had two prior models from Wisco in the past 20 years. Both great. This model 421 tops the cake! The one dial / button time and temp selector is a fantastic improvement. Family loves it. I have to lock it to the counter so my son doesn’t steal it for his man cave!!

Nice pizza oven
I had an older Wisco pizza oven that the element was starting to not heat up as well as it should so did some research and liked this one. I like the fact that you can use set the temperature so you can cook much more than pizza and it has a large opening so I can heat up hard taco shells without burning them. The only downside to this oven it would be nice if the time started once it reached operating temp instead of starting immediately.
