Not good for Q6600.
I've installed this fan on my Q6600 quad CPU. Immdiately upon switch on bios reported around 88 degrees. Upon windows boot, core temp reported above 90 degrees. I had to shut down immediately and return to the original intel fan, which is old and flaky but still keeps the temp around 70 degrees. Obviously this product is not strong enough to deal with the 105W that the Q6600 gives out despite the item description.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
