  • Working well

I’ve had these M18 batteries for about a month now. I am an electrician. Been using it pretty regularly on my impact for drilling self tappers to a box. As well as drilling through block for anchors with my driver on hammer drill mode. I say the batteries are working well. The value is great. They’re pretty much the exact same thing as the Milwaukee brand. One thing I wished they had that is missing is that slip resistant rubber that Milwaukee has. If I can get a year out of them I’ll be content. I recommend these for replacement.

  • Generic Batteries- If it will stand the Test of its useage of the : Use, Discharge, Recharge, & Reuse Cyckes ?

Here is the thing ! All Items sold in the world today is using Lithium Ion batteries ? But soon to have the New Lithium Sulfur batteries available to purchase that is : Less cost to manufacture, Easier to get by products , Cheaper in price, & When fully Charged up will last three times longer ? Note for the only time being used will tell if the overall battery was a good decision to be purchased, & used !

  • Adequate after market Batteries worth a try

This battery is an aftermarket battery of adequate quality. I tried charging them in a Milwaukee brand charger, and they did not want to charge, so I ordered the aftermarket companion charger. They did charge but never showed completing the charge, but the battery itself showed it was full on its indicator lights. It may do so after some use and breaking in. Plugged into the drill, they seem fine and deliver good operating voltage. .

  • Good and Strong - No Complaints

Not much to say about this battery, except that it serves my needs very well. Seems to last considerably longer than the 4.0, which is also very good, but am sure it has a lot to do with the time and load. I use mine to drive a boat (it's true) with a paddle drill for my kayak. Am totally pleased with it - I only wish it were waterproof, which it is not (learned that the hard way).

  • Extra Run Time

I am using this in the Milwaukee Wet/Dry cordless shop vac. The smaller capacity batteries just do not have the capacity to run the vac for more than about 5 minutes continuous. This XC5.0 gives me about 20 minutes of continuous run time. If you turn if off when you are not vacuuming then you can get about an hour. The internal battery checker on the M-18 XC5.0 is a great feature and lets you know the remaining battery capacity. All-in-all this is a great addition to the cordless shop vac that increases it usefulness.

  • Good battery. Looks terrible after common use.

The battery level button ripped off in my tool bag. The batter seems to last forever. I have Milwaukee impact I’m using it on. And cranking on some bolts for a tow hitch for about 20 minutes didn’t even drop the battery 1bar. Great battery. Just need to protect the display a little. Maybe not make it out of an opaque sticker.

  • Great 18V 5.0Ah Power Tool Battery from Milwaukee

These are great 18V 5.0Ah power tool batteries (with power level indicator) from Milwaukee at an affordable price. It's a shame that other manufacturers, such as Makita, don't offer comparable pricing for their 5.0Ah and 6.0Ah batteries. In fact, you can buy a Festool 6.2Ah Airstream battery for the same price as a Makita 6.0Ah battery.

  • Milwaukee 5aH, quality built in and great price

Two new batteries arrive in original packaging. I use them extensively and they deliver power, dependability, and last a longer than any tool battery I've ever used. The charge indicator is big plus. Takes the guess work out of the need to recharge during critical jobs. I highly recommend the two pack, Milwaukee 48-11-1850 5.0 Ah Extended Capacity Batteries.

  • "Get what you pay for" applies to these batteries

I purchased a bunch of these for my Milwaukee fleet. I am writing this review after three months (roughly) of usage. The first thing I noticed is the weight. They simply weigh less than the Milwaukee brand battery of the same size/rating. The only explanation is less (or lower quality) lithium ion. But ok... I can accept that a battery half the cost will not be equal in raw material. The real issue is that they simply stop working. Three of the ten batteries I ordered will not accept a charge and will not run a tool. They just stopped working. The indicator lights still light up, but the batteries do not work. That said... I did get a bunch of these at half the cost. So... if the ones that are still working right now continue to work for another year... I guess I got what I paid for.
