Finally got it working right with Windows 11. I thought there was a defect on the graphics card. I thought I would have to request a return on the laptop. There was a Video glitch causing the system settings not to display properly. I was running Windows 11 insider preview which I just swapped out the drive from my old laptop. So, I did a clean install. I still had the video glitch showing up in system settings. I tried different NVidia drivers with no fix. I then found some additional drivers under Windows updates>Advanced options>view additional updates. "intel - Other hardware - Intel(R) 8 Series/C220 Series PCI Express Root Port #7 - 8C1C" was that confounded driver I needed for my display driver to work correctly. Everything is now running smoothly and the fan not blowing all crazy.
