Came quickly. Just like the original. Swapped in easily.
I was unable to restore the clips at the bottom that hold the element closer to the coils; so I found some stainless steel zip ties at ACE hardware that did the same function. Just had to put them where they wouldn't soak in water that would cause the element to fail at that point.
