    Thankful it was available but missing parts.

    Steering column was missing critical components that retain the gear turned by the ignition switch Had to transfer them from old column to this one to make work. Had a used Ignition switch in the column. Applicated that they had the part we needed for our Vietnam veteran 1995 Ford F150

    Order had poor quality

    The electrical plug didn’t fit. Had to use my old one. After installing the washer fluid kept squirting out and had to use my old one for that. Also, I didn’t even get the plastic housing to cover the steering column. With all the plastic not being available, I was only offered $15.00 off my order when they’re more than that used. As for the quality I’m not happy with this item I received.

    Excellent value for money

    This part was exactly as described and was a God send. This part is no longer available new, and my pickup was almost undriveable due to the bearings being so worn out in the steering shaft. It was a direct swap that did not require any modification to install.

    Bent bracket and bad turn signal switch

    The turn signal switch that was provided with it was used and made the wipers run constantly. Had to purchase a new switch to solve the issue. Mounting bracket was bent during shipping. Had to bend it to get it to fit. Other than that all other functions worked as they should.

    Lower mount bracket would not work that shift cable mounted to. Had to remove and use old mount bracket. Upper shaft bearing has some noise in it.
