It is a lifesaver when you cannot smoke (on long flights or in a hospital, etc.). It works fast and releives the cravings. The only problem with some of the Quickmists that when you push it up in the position where you could push it again to spray the mist on your tongue it slides back. If it does, it takes several tries to make stay up and locked in the spraying position. If this happens I leave it in this position and do not slide it down in the closed posiotion.
It is also the only nicoteine replacement product that could help me quit when I decide to do so.
The patch gives me nightmares, and the gum cases diarrhea because it contains sorbitol, which is a laxative. Nowdays they put sorbitol in everithing, including all forms and brands of nicitone chewing gums, minimelts etc.
