    Quiet (relative...)

    The original fan worked fine for 9 years inside a DELL computer (yes, it is still running...), and even when new, you could hear it in the background. The fan is rated for very high air flow (130 CFM) and spin speed (3600 RPM), which explains its noisy signature. Replacement took a couple of minutes, as it required transferring the dumpers and the protective screen from the old fan to the new one. Once installed, you could immediately tell the difference in lower the noise level. Very happy with the packing and the quick shipment.
