The Qunol Ultra does not interfere in any way with my diabetes meds. Started taking it because of cholesterol medicine usage. Let me address cost: while it is not the least expensive, it is a much better price than the one I had been taking for the year prior to this. How it works: So far have been taking Qunol Ultra for about 9 months . When I miss doses, after a couple of days, the brain fog returns. Once back into my doses, the brain fog goes away. So it is working the same, if not better than the expensive brand which was a Ubiquinol product, but not Qunol brand. Blood pressure is better too.
