Defective do not buy. Buy from BestBuy brand new for $79.99.
The case keeps disconnecting and stops charging. When the case is working properly it’s great but as of writing this review BestBuy has this case for $79.99 brand new. I wish I would have bought the case from BestBuy brand new as there is obviously something defective with this case and I’m assuming that’s why it was an open box as someone probably learned it was defective and returned the product in an open box state. I would not recommend buying here I would recommend spending the extra $20 for a brand new one.

Really great Phone Case
I bought this case for long trips where I can’t get to a charger quick enough. I’ve had a Mophie in the past but this Apple Brand Case doesn’t hinder the reception of my phone

Works pretty GREAT
Was a little concerned because this was used. I received it in the original packaging and it was in awesome condition. It provides me with ALL day battery before consuming the phones. Only REAL problem I've ran into is that the case will alert me that it stops charging once in a while. I have to kind of unplug it and plug the phone back in so it can keep charging. Doesn't happen all the time but it does happen often enough to be a slight annoyance and hope it's not the beginning of a bigger problem

Powerful peace of mind
I worry not about my battery ever running out during my day. I leave the case on for extra protection, but if I care to look more stylish with a thinner phone i can just leave the battery in my car. It’s an essential product in my mind.
