Good replacement fan for NUC8ixBE series
As with others, starting hearing the characteristic hum followed by thermal problems in my NUC. After determining it was the fan, looked around for a replacement and found this option. A little more expensive than I expected, but when you consider the potential loss of an entire system, well worth it. Arrived ahead of schedule and worked perfectly.

Fits the NUC perfectly.
The disassembly is fairly easy, and the fan fits right in. Had to cut off a tiny bit of excess plastic, and it whirred a bit the first day, but after that it works and it works quietly.
