Good Product at a good Price
The is a LiFePO4 by a top manufacturer at about the same price as no name version. This 8 lb battery will be used to replace a 60 lb lead battery that has to be installed through a little hatch in a sailboat. After pulling out the old battery I decided it was worth the money to switch to LiFePO4 . Excellent product with full 50Ah as stated, Very good build quality
Got the product on time, no damage. Tested the battery at 0.2C rate and got full 50Ah out of it. So far put 15 cycles and it is performing well. I had few questions with the product and Renogy customer care team resolved them very quickly. It will be good if their website has optimum battery characteristics in various charge discharge settings. For example a simple chart showing battery voltage and sate of charge relationship.
