The tablet is great until by accident I dropped on the floor , I have recently diagnostic with carpal tunnel on my right hand , I have tried several repair stores in DC area without luck, they all said parts are not longer produce therefore it can't be repaired. I didn't get that info when I did this purchased ,question is how do I get it repair ?

Very decent chromebook tablet. I needed to replace my Raspberry Pi running in kiosk mode (showing a website).. but a bit more powerful.. Get a USB-C hub (to connect an external keyboard/mouse and HDMI monitor) and you'll have a true chromebook for a fraction of the cost. Can't say much about game and other performance, but for my use case (light websurfing and email), it's a great device.
