    Works well under ideal conditions

    Despite what the package says you do not need a clear line of sight for these to work but you may have to find higher ground if in a valley. Even from inside the house to inside the workshop they work great. I haven't tested them well enough to say how they might work in a large concrete building with lots of wiring. Weather station doesn't work too well for me. They work great for my needs though. If you think they aren't charging properly you should know the low battery indicator will stay lit after being fully charged for a few seconds after you turn them on. You can find this explained on youtube.

    could be better

    get what you pay for ,cobra you make a better radio ,these are ok the speakers could be alot better ,the ones coming out of china are actually better made ,i have the better ones ,but lets not skimp hear like you did on this one cobra ,does not come close to the new baofeng walkies ,that are like pro radios they use in fire stations an s on ,so get a better product cobra ,luck its not 2 stars

    These will be great to take shopping with the girls (or husbands LOL). The only minor concern was one had dead batteries that would not charge even overnight. Luckily... it worked fine with regular AAA batteries! The other 3 charged perfectly!

    Cobra has went downhill

    They seem very cheap compared to the uniden set I’m replacing (fast draining reasons). Cheaper feeling plastic, static from the speaker, voices are very robot sounding. I’ll deal but get better next time.

    Lack of quality

    The Wholesale Connection company was very nice in sending replacements but the replacements did not work. The charging cables did not work and the rechargeable batteries were bad. The company refunded my money. Very nice of them. The product was not good.

    Easy use for whole family

    I have ordered 3 pairs of these over the years. I love this model and keep adding to the collection as our family grows. We mainly use them camping to stay in communication around the complexes, but the kids also love playing with them throughout the year. My oldest pair is about 6 yrs old and still work great! Love this product! Easy to operate and charge.
