Works well, Well worth the price. I have used this product since the early 90s. This was my 3rd one and the control on the unit is so much improved. I have purchased one as gift for 3 other family members in the last five years and they also are very happy with them. There are days that without this unit, I would be in bed and unable to do household chores. To me, it is a Godsend. I use for pain due to fibromyalgia and arthritis. Battle Creek heating pad will heat you. Especially on High. Best heating pad ever. Why? It's moist heat, it's well made and I owned them for years. I bought a second home so needed one for the new house. Years ago, I actually gave them as Christmas presents and everyone would say oh thanks... and I know they were thinking oh big deal... then the next week or two they would call and go on and on about the large size and how hot it gets. This heating pad is the best on the market. I've been using them for years and they provide so much more relief than any heating pad on the market. We have been using this heating pad for years. They now have come out with a timer and 3 different heat settings. The first one we bought was a switch you had to hold and only had one heat setting. ABSOLUTELY, UNEQUIVOCALLY the BEST heating pad!
This is ABSOLUTELY, UNEQUIVOCALLY the BEST heating pad I have ever used (except maybe when I go into PT and they.put on the moist heat pads). The pad reaches from the base of my neck to the top of my buttocks. If you ever have to go past the LOW setting you must really have thick skin cuz this thing gets HOT and quickly! I love the auto shut off....just wish it gave you more time but I understand it is best for you to use heating pads for shirt intervals at a time. Would be awesome if tgere was a way to set it to come on and off for say ...the next 3 hours etc...like 30 on 30 off for 3 hours....maybe manufacturers will add this feature.
