A Gem!
These recipes are 'tried and true' based on the summer visitors who visit this beloved summer retreat in the Ventana Wilderness of Central California and can vouch for their quality. I have visited there many times myself since the 1970's and I can attest to the quality of these recipes. Tassajara meals not only nourish the body but nurture the soul as well. A real treasure!
