  • Works great! Eliminates the need to figure out factory wiring system.

My dads 85 Corvette had it's wiring hacked up sometime before we got it. They had done the moron fix of putting a toggle switch in to control the fans. (Meaning, fans off until it's overheating, then you flip the switch and forget to turn it off and it burns up the toggle) This has it's own wiring harness and eliminates the need to recreate the factory wiring that some idiot removed. Works for the A/C and cooling system and controls itself when needed!

  • performance

I installed this unit on a 1967 BB chevelle with aluminum aftermarket radiator. It does a great job of cycling my electric fans. The only issue I had with it was a label on the unit itself showed connecting the wires one way and the enclosed paperwork detailed connecting the wires differently. I went with the label on the unit and had no problems.

  • It worked great until it stopped working

This is the second one of these I have bought this year. The first one worked as expected for about seven months, then it would work sometimes. It is no good if it doesn't work 100% of the time. The control module was the problem. The temperature sensor and relay are good. I mounted it away from the heat of the engine, and have a good steady 12V supply to it. I hope the first one was just an abnormality, and that this one will last for years.

  • Great Product 👍

I ordered this Hayden Temp Controller and received it a few days later. I wired it all up per the instructions and works great. I dialed in the temp with a laser thermometer. It's accurate within a couple degrees. I currently have it wired to a 2800cfm 16" S-Blade E-fan. It works flawlessly. I have already recommended it to a few friends.

  • Easy to use

I bought this product to Controll an after market cooling fan for my transmission cooler. Easy to install & seems to Controll the fan pretty well. It also allows for a second fan to be installed, a nice feature.

  • Easily upgrade your cooling setup

If you are installing an aftermarket electric fan to keep your whip cool, this is the key! The installation of this is pretty easy and straight forward but also comes with instructions. The relay is replaceable and the unit is adjustable to run at different temps. I am only using it to power one fan but the unit is able to run 2.

  • Fan control.

This is one great little piece of work. It does what it is intended for. If you are going to use it in dirty or muddy/wet environments, I suggest using a shrink sack for it.

  • fan temp control

works great easy to install. make sure you put the sensor in the raditor where the hot water returns, fast shipping one fuse is in wrong place it should be on the output of the relay not at the b+ input.

  • Works good, could have used one less complicated

    Ok

  • Dont install a toggle switch

So far so good. If you have any clue on automobile mechanics you can install this easily...it took me about 30 minutes to install and have up and running. I liked the ease of adjusting temperature on setting. Wiring was mostly long enough. I did add 1-3 foot section of wire to turn on with ignition
