THERE IS A TRICK TO THESE!
These are top quality genuine Motorcraft parts. I ordered them for my 94 Ford truck, but when I got them they seemed to be to long. I thought the wrong parts where sent by mistake,but the trick is that the brass tube is meant to slide down inside black threaded nut until the switch is the right length for your vehicle. That information was no where to be found on the packaging,my repair manual or the internet,so I had to figure it out for myself. Maybe this will save you some time,or if you're looking at the picture of the switch and thinking it looks too long,now you know why. I placed mine in a drill press and pressed them down to the right length to match the old switch,worked great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
