Plus ou moins satisfaite
J'ai passé plusieurs heures à installer ce téléphone... À force de chercher et de chercher, j'ai compris que je n'étais pas capable de transférer les données de mon ancien Blackberry car le logiciel de Blackberry Desktop Software ne fonctionne pas avec WIndows 10... bon, ça s'est réglé... Par contre, j'avais acheté ce Blackberry qui fonctionnait par Wi-Fi,,, mais ça ne me donne aucun avantage,,, car je suis incapable de télécharger aucune application sur aucun site, ni même Blackberry Apps World... qui est tellement petit sur l'écran du téléphone que je ne réussis pas à rien faire... je ne suis pas capable non plus d'activer d'adresse internet car je n'ai pas de compte BES (Blackberry Enterprise Service).... je ne suis pas capable non plus d'aller consulter Facebook j'ai tellement cherché pour trouver la solution mais finalement, j'ai rejoint Blackberry par téléphone et grâce à un interprète français, j'ai réussi à savoir que c'est parce que je n'ai pas d'accès en réseau... et que la configuration initiale du téléphone ne me permet aucun accès en réseau à moins d'obtenir un BES... Alors, je me suis acheté ce nouveau téléphone en pensant que le wi-fi me permettrait de faire plus qu'avec mon ancien Blackberry 8310,,, mais finalement, ça ne me donne pas plus de possibilités parce qu'il faudrait que j'achète un forfait internet...
