Amazed we can still make anything let alone a pipe cutter. And yes, USA made tools are the best. Even better than Germany now. I have some Made in Taiwan and Japan tools that are excellent. Haven't found anything MIC that comes even close. Glad Reed hasn't sold out like all the rest. Kudos folks! Keep it up! I have several older other brand name USA made cutters that I have been using for over half a century and my father before that. Reed are my favorites. I can cut 1/16" and 1/8" pieces off of 3/16" 304SS tubing (for spacers) precisely with this 03480. Smooth, sharp, fine cuts with no walking. The deburr tool has a fine tilted sharp edge, not your typical MIC POS that's just stamped out and flat on one edge.
